Gender Policy Statement

Pintsize Building Contractors and Civil Engineering is committed to creating a safe working environment for all its employees, in particular women. This even applies to temporary employees working at various active construction sites. We intend to create an environment that is free of discrimination, disrespect, and inappropriate conduct, and this is expected at all levels of management. We expect each individual working with us to be fully responsible for their own behaviors towards each gender.

Child Protection Policy

Policy Goal: To ensure that the child is safe and prevent him/her from suffering any physical harm resulting from our works, mental and sexual harm from our employees, by supporting efforts in addressing vulnerability and risk factors that limit the advancement of child welfare, health, and development.
